Corn Starch Modified is a kind of natural high molecular compound of polysaccharide from the condensation of -glucose, which is the most abundant renewable substance in nature. It can be degraded and will not cause pollution to the environment. There are a lot of reactive hydroxyl groups in the molecular chain, which provides the structural basis for the modification of starch. Modified starch is based on the inherent characteristics of natural starch, in order to improve the performance of starch, expand its application range, the use of physical, chemical or enzymatic treatment, introduce new functional groups on starch molecules or change the size of starch molecules and starch particle properties, so as to change the natural characteristics of starch, so that it is more suitable for certain application requirements.
